The View concept consists of a number of different modules
that can be compiled in different ways. The main module is called
WinView and is the basis for the other modules. WinView works as a
compiling point between the different Views and your ERP
system.
WinView is like the foundation under your house. Without it,
the bricks should remain floating freely in the air, electrical
installations and water pipes would not function. In the same way,
all the modules in the View concept uses WinView as the
foundation.
The different views are special features that are not
typically in a standard ERP system.
In this way, the View concept is used to add special features
to your ERP system, and since they are standard products, the View
concept is often cheaper to invest in and to maintain, than
custom-built modules. View concept includes the following
modules
PickView
PickView is an advanced route planning tool. Google Maps is
integrated, so that it is possible to arrange the most
cost-efficient delivery routes. When the shipping department must
provide packaging and printing of delivery notes, the carrier just
needs to have a GPS, which is updated with the current route as
soon as the carrier connects with PickView.
ProjectView is a project management tool that primarily gives
you a quick overview of projects, assignments, contracts,
etc.
In these times it is important to keep the company focused on
the continued operation and downward adjustment costs, the
ProjectView helps to keep track of open tasks, employees load of
tasks, projects schedules, etc.
It's easy and simple to follow tasks, it is possible to
estimate times and calculate a completion percentage. That way you
know exactly how far each project is and whether it is delayed due
to other challenges.
In ProjectView, there is also a time tracking tool where all
time spent on tasks or projects can be noted, including driving,
expenses etc.
It also helps to ensure that performed tasks not are
"forgotten" in invoicing, which can be made directly in
ProjectView, where after the invoices automatically are created in
your ERP system.
