Dimension Mail for TaskCentre is a TaskCentre tool that will read mails from a POP3 or an IMAP mail server.

The tool will read a single mail or batches of mails. It will make the information in the mail available for other TaskCentre tools, either as TaskCentre Variables or in a recordset.

Configuration of the tool is very simple; you just need to specify the server, username and password and you can connect to any POP3 or IMAP mail server, such as Google mail and almost any hosted mail servers.

On the step configuration you specify if you want to run in single or batch mode, if you want to delete the mails after they have been read; what to do with the attachments etc.

If running in single mode you can map TaskCentre variables to receive the data from the mail, but in all cases, the same information is also made available through a recordset.
